I’m honestly a huge fan of J.ING clothing and shoes, and they were the first brand I reached out to when choosing what brands I wanted to partner with for my Capsule Wardrobe (a collection of quality pieces from select brands that contribute to my personal style, which can/will be worn for seasons to come.) I can even find pieces that suit my New Wave style and taste!
New Wave Style
WITH J.ING
With their rotation of gorgeous designer-esque pieces at a fair prices, it’s no surprise they are the perfect brand for my new wardrobe mentality! their pieces are classic and iconic, with edgy design details to really set you apart from the crowd. I get compliments whenever I style their pieces, because honestly you won’t see other ones quite like them anywhere else.
From their clothing options to their shoes, the quality and aesthetic is just as good as all my favorite designer labels!
This outfit pulls inspiration from my love of New Wave (Nouvelle Vague) Cinema and style, and I feel that it’s simple and comfy enough, while adding some key accessories gives the look its Je Ne Sais Quoi.
I styled these grey plaid J.ING trousers with a simple mock-turtle neck top. A cashmere newsboy cap from JC Millinery keeps my head cozy, and adds that vintage flair to the look. Paired with my Franco Sarto loafer slides (that I’ve been wearing for 2 years), and a little black leather book purse… I feel effortless and smart!
Special appearance:
You may have noticed the stunning gold necklace in this outfit! My latest jewelry addition to my Capsule is the Birth of Venus necklace, hand-made by Pamela Card Jewelry. I will be talking more about this amazing treasure in an upcoming post!
