I’m suddenly obsessed with crisp green smoothies. They are refreshing and make me feel energized and ready to go. I dub this one the Sweet Summer smoothie, because it simply tastes like sunshine.
Ingredients:
lemon ginger tea, chilled
about 7 ice cubes
apple sauce or apple juice
1/2 or whole mango
3 pineapple slices, cubed
3 – 4 sprigs of cilantro
2 large mint leaves
